RETURNS: If you wish to return your mirror:

1. Notify our customer service staff within 30 days of the delivery date

a) Via our dedicated contact form (preferred) or

b) by phone - Monday through Saturday 10AM-6PM Eastern, 231.922.2148

2. Re-package the mirror into the original packaging
3. Return products to:

Return the product via:

FedEx Ground Service (preferred method)

United Parcel Service (UPS)

United States Postal Service (USPS) 

4. Once returned mirror(s) is received at our location for inspection, a refund will be issued for the original purchase amount, less 15% restocking and handling fee.
